Our customers do not need to be home while we work. Before we begin any job, we ensure that we thoroughly discuss the details with our clients, ensuring they fully understand the project and approve us to proceed.

The outcome will depend on the type of service the customer requests.
However, we always aim to leave our customers ’yards clean and debris-free
from the job. If stump grinding is one of the services performed, customers can
expect to see a mound of earth and ground roots at the site of the removed tree.
We intentionally leave this mound higher than the surrounding ground to allow for
settling. Over the following months, the wood shavings will decay, and the soil
will compact, eventually leveling the ground. If we didn’t take this approach,
customers would end up with a large depression in their yard months after the
work is completed.

Generally, the soil where a tree once stood tends to be very acidic, making it
challenging to grow grass during the first year. If the customer wishes to
establish a lawn in an area where trees are being removed, we can remove the
root shavings and dirt from the stump area upon request. However, we
recommend that the customer fill the area with quality topsoil, mound it to allow
for settling, or consider hiring a landscaping professional. Additionally, remember
that the soil not disturbed by the stump grinding will still be acidic, which may
result in patchy grass growth during the first year.

We are pleased to offer wood cutting services in lengths of 16” or 18”, or other lengths upon request. However, we do not split the wood into cords.
